Caroline Houle, the Founder and CEO of 5 Clovers Agency, is a creative Digital, Brand and Content Marketer with 8+ years of marketing experience both in the corporate retail environment and in the startup landscape.
She thrives in strategizing, building, executing and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns, adopting a 360 Omnichannel Approach founded on OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) across all brand communication channels. She's constantly seeking out new, original and cutting-edge content strategies that will build long-term brand awareness and result in increased website traffic and conversions.
Working for major North American fashion retailer, Garage Clothing, in Social Media and Content Marketing has taught Caroline to pivot and remain agile across all campaigns and through major events including a global pandemic and a complete rebrand. She has an extensive background in branding, campaign & content strategy and social media marketing.
Alongside her laser-focused strategic mindset, Caroline is a Brand Storyteller. She can effortlessly zone into a brand's customer mindset and adopt a relatable tone of voice that will actually resonate with a brand's audience. She is has helped lead seasonal and monthly collection drops and social-led influencer and PR marketing initiatives, aligning across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, E-mail, Website, Paid Media and Event Marketing.
Caroline also has a background in SEO, having managed several clients' online reputation management through reverse-SEO tactics including website-building, social media marketing and copywriting. She is extremely resourceful and perceptive to all clients' needs, providing regular touch-points and reporting updates.
